About FundSnappy
FundSnappy is a free online loan-matching service operated by Pixel-Motive LLC, a Delaware-based company headquartered at 131 Continental Drive, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713.
What we do
FundSnappy connects U.S. consumers who need personal loans of $250 to $3000 with our network of more than 100 lending partners. We send your application to lenders who may be able to help; the lender — not FundSnappy — decides whether to make you an offer and on what terms.
What we are not
FundSnappy is not a lender, broker, or financial advisor. We do not make credit decisions, set APR or fees, or issue loans. We are paid by lenders for connecting them with applicants — never by consumers.
How we comply with U.S. law
- Truth in Lending Act (TILA): APR ranges and representative loan examples are disclosed on every page.
- Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA): Express written consent is collected before any marketing calls or texts.
- Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA): Personal information is encrypted in transit and at rest, and shared only with lenders for the purpose of evaluating your request.
- California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA / CPRA): California residents can submit a "Do Not Sell or Share" request from our CCPA Notice page.
- Equal Credit Opportunity Act (ECOA, Reg B): All applicants are evaluated on the same factors. Credit availability is determined by individual lenders.
